Metal reinforced component, center tube type, fully filled, steel-polyethylene bonded sheathed communication outdoor optical cable

The structure of the optical cable is to insert single-mode or multi-mode optical fibers into a loose tube made of high modulus plastic filled with waterproof compound and place it at the center of the cable. Water-blocking materials are placed between the outside of the tube and the steel strip. Two parallel steel wires are embedded in the sheath as reinforcing supports, and the outer side is extruded and wrapped with polyethylene bonded sheath to form the cable.

Laying methods: non-self-supporting overhead, pipeline, etc.

Application scope: suitable for long-distance communication and inter-office communication, etc.

Execution standard: YD/T 769-2010 central tubular communication outdoor optical cable.

Reasonable design and precise control of the excess length of the optical fiber in the loose tube endow the optical cable with excellent mechanical and environmental performance;
